General UseThese Terms apply to all users of Pockets Shop, including Customers and Vendors.You must agree to these Terms before logging in, creating an account, placing an order, or registering as a Vendor.Pockets Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.---2. Product Availability & AccuracyWe aim to provide accurate product descriptions, but errors may occur.Product availability and prices may change at any time without notice.---3. Orders & Payments (For Customers)Customers may place orders online and choose from available payment methods:Cash on Delivery (COD)Online Payments (cards, mobile payments, secure gateways)For COD orders, full payment must be made to the delivery agent before opening the package.Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with a valid receipt.Delivery times are estimates only; Pockets Shop is not liable for courier delays.---4. Privacy & Data ProtectionWe respect your privacy. Personal data is only used for processing orders, vendor management, and improving services.We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.Fraudulent, harmful, or illegal use of the platform is strictly prohibited.---5. Vendor Registration & ResponsibilitiesBy creating a Vendor account on Pockets Shop, Vendors agree to the following:Product Ownership: Vendors confirm that all products listed belong to them and comply with applicable laws.Legal Responsibility: Vendors take full responsibility for product authenticity, legality, quality, and safety. Pockets Shop is not liable for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal issues arising from Vendor products.Indemnity: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pockets Shop from any loss, damage, or legal cost caused by their products or actions.Compliance: Vendors must follow consumer protection, intellectual property, and product safety regulations. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the Vendor account.---6. Limitation of LiabilityPockets Shop acts only as an online platform connecting Vendors and Customers.Pockets Shop is not responsible for the ownership, quality, safety, legality, or delivery of Vendor products.---7. AgreementBy using Pockets Shop in any way (browsing, ordering, logging in, or registering as a Vendor), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.8. Seller Policy8.1 Registration & VerificationVendors must provide accurate personal and business information at the time of registration. Pocketsshop reserves the right to request additional documents, including but not limited to National ID (NID), trade license, or bank account details, for verification purposes. Failure to provide valid information or documents may result in suspension or termination of the Vendor Account.8.2 Product ResponsibilityVendors are solely responsible for the ownership, authenticity, legality, quality, and safety of their products. Pocketsshop will not be liable for any claims, damages, disputes, or legal actions arising from Vendor products.8.3 Payments & SettlementsVendor earnings will be displayed instantly in the Vendor Dashboard once an order is marked as delivered.Actual settlement of payments will be processed within 7 to 15 working days after delivery confirmation.Vendors may withdraw earnings through approved mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad).Pocketsshop reserves the right to request or require Vendors to provide bank account details in the future for security, compliance, and settlement purposes.8.4 Compliance & TerminationVendors must comply with all applicable laws, customer protection regulations, product safety standards, and Pocketsshop policies. Any violation, refusal to provide required documents (including bank details when requested), or engagement in fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of the Vendor Account without prior notice.
